Mission
The mission of the Gifted and Talented (GT) Center at Arvada High School is to support the unique social, emotional, and intellectual needs of our gifted learners by providing appropriate academic challenge, giving students an opportunity to engage with like-minded peers, encouraging exploration into areas of curiosity and passion, and nurturing healthy communication and self-advocacy skills so that students become self-directed, responsible citizens, launching productive and fulfilling lives.

Talent Development and Enrichment
Students enrolled in the GT Seminar elective will receive whole class, small group, and individual support to identify areas of interest and challenge themselves to leverage their deeper learning to develop a product or exhibit that teaches, inspires, or addresses a driving question or problem. Students will employ research-based strategies designed to expand critical thinking, increase self-awareness, and foster lifelong learning.
