Greetings Seniors!
Below are some very important updates. I did not create a video about these updates because we will hold a class meeting to discuss all of the below, and more, on Tuesday during advisement starting at 10:00. Please read the below information prior to the meeting so that you are prepared to discuss any potential questions.
Hybrid is NO MORE
Don’t forget that we are bringing back all hybrid seniors to four day a week, in-person, learning starting Monday, March 15th. If you are REMOTE, nothing is changing for you but if you are HYBRID you will attend Monday-Thursday from now on. Nothing is changing with Friday’s.

Email from Mr. Abling on March 1, 2021:
Greetings Almost Graduates,
As of today, you have 10 weeks until the senior’s last day, May 14th! I know that 10 weeks may seem like a long time but I promise you that it will fly by. Make sure that you don’t get a case of Senioritis, the diagnosis is real. For those of you suffering, below are a couple of resources to help you get through your Senioritis:
I’ve got a lot of updates, please read this email in its entirety. Too lazy to read? I got your back! Check out THIS video where I summarize the email.
Hybrid Seniors Back to Four Day Learning March 15th-
The district gave all schools the green light to start to phase in all hybrid students to 4 day learning. We are prioritizing all seniors and letting you all begin this process first. Starting March 15th all hybrid seniors will be in the building all four days. The Friday schedule does not change and this has no impact on Remote students. If you want to change from hybrid to remoter (or vise versa, email your counselor).
Senior Gift-
Student Council is giving every senior who fills out THIS survey a free t-shirt! This is their gift to the senior class of 2021. If you don’t fill out the survey, you don’t get the gift, make sure that you take the 10 seconds needed to fill it out. The survey also talks about the senior gift that you seniors will be giving the school.
Free Yearbook?
Are you interested in getting a free yearbook for your senior year? Fill out THIS survey.
Note- Filling out this form does not guarantee that you will receive one. Once we know how many students are interested we will reach out to the community to fundraise for this project.
Senior Celebration-
Due to COVID restrictions, we will not be able to hold a school dance for Prom; HOWEVER, we are working hard to give the seniors an event dedicated just for you. This event is still in the planning stages but clear your calendar for Saturday, April 24th! We are planning a gala style event that will merge the conventional senior rally and the fanciness of Prom. It will be a seated event with FREE food and entertainment. As of right now it will be outdoors and you will not be allowed to bring a date outside of the senior class, sorry! More information will be coming soon from student council.
Graduation-
We have officially booked our date, time, and location for our graduation ceremony! It will be held at our original date at the NAAC on May 20th at 2:00 pm. As of right now, each graduate will be allowed four guests but this could change at any time. We are hoping to have solid numbers by early May. The event will also be live streamed via YouTube for people who are unable to attend.
